Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If an appointment is cancelled/changed for any reason or you fail to show up for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. 

Deposit Policy: Either a  $150 non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure an appointment. If a deposit is made before reading the consent forms, and you then decide not to follow through with the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
